So far, the mobile version of AF is awesome on my Moto Droid1, 2.2.1 Way faster than the regular site.

Issues:
- I cannot reply to PMs. I hit submit and it takes me back to the inbox without sending the message.

- Prompts me every time between redirects and reloads when in normal version to see mobile version

- logs me out when toggling between normal and mobile

- There is no User CP for subscribed threads

On my iPhone the only issue I see that is the same as you are seeing, is the lack of User CP. Other than that, all the functions you are missing or lacking are working fine on my phone. It may be a function of the phone, as far-fetched as that sounds.
