I've put only 1500 miles on a certified pre-owned 2007 A4 2.0 and already I've seen the OIL MIN yellow warning light come on. Put in 1 quart of the correct synthetic oil. Called Dealership and they say this is normal to have to put a quart or two of oil into the car between 10,000 mile services. Have others experienced this as well? Seems crazy to me on a $25,000 car you'd need to put in your own oil. That said, I also experienced similar on the 03 jetta I had a few years back. is this a german car issue? thanks!!!
