'07 A4 S-Line Freeway acceleration problem
Hello all,
New to posting here but have been a member for a while. Was hoping to get some ideas on what is going on with my A4... When I accelerate on the freeway (seems to do this anywhere from like 30mph and higher ~) the car just revs high but doesn't really accelerate much. If I'm even slightly going uphill, I will slow down even when mashing the pedal. The car starts fine, no "Check Engine Light", idles fine, etc... I just had Audi Dealer replace spark plugs where they ran diags for misfire and all showed fine. I left it there and got a loaner for the weekend. Is there a problem with the transmission?
Any ideas??

Ended up being the Cam Follower/HPFP problem
So the problem I posted about ended up being the known Cam follower / high pressure fuel pump failure. Audi San Diego is covering everything to replace both. And I've been out of warranty for about 20K miles...
