I am aware the Vin number can be used to determine if a 1998 A6 has a 12v or 30v motor. If so would a Vin WAUBA24B5WN172241 from a 1998 A6 Quattro auto trans be a 12v or 30v motor. New to Audi, GM LS, car will be daily driver and a few parts are needed. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

 

A 98 A6 in the US is a 30v engine.
