Just bought a car from a guy, 131k miles. Died in his garage idling and never started again.

Timing belt not broke, it turns.
Engine Turns over
Door locks and lights, interior lights all work.

When it died so did all power to the windows and moon-roof.

previous owner did note a water leaking problem from the sunroof drain that he supposedly plugged with silicone a year ago.. Didn't fix the drain problem though.

I am suspecting something isn't telling the ECM to fire up the coils and injectors. (the car is still on the trailer did not confirm spark, or injector pulse yet)

My question is this - if I find that all fuses are good, but there is water in the car and it took out a module.. which module would allow the engine to turn over, not fire, and not let windows move at all? Does the CCM (Comfort Control module) include the window operation?

First thing I'm going to do is check fuses, then hook up scan tool to see if we can communicate with ECM.
