2000 A6 4.2 limp mode after rebuilt tranny

I have a 2000 audi a6 4.2 (88k miles). The car recently went into limp mode, so I took it to a transmission shop where they told me there was damage to the transmission and it needed to be rebuilt, so i had the work done $3400. I drove the car for about 600 miles then it went back into limp mode. The transmission shop thinks it is electrical issue. The audi dealer is telling me it is internal to the tranny. The tranny shop gave me a list of the error codes. I have no idea where to start trying to fix this issue? When i get the car going it will rev while i give it gas then slams into gear (third i think) all gear lights on dash light up.

error codes:
17549 load calculation cross check implausible value p1141
16486 mass air flow sensor (G70) signal too low p0102 intermittent
17950 angle sensor throttle motor - g187 not a plausible signal p1542
17953 throttlr valve controller malfunction p1545 intermittent
18032 MIL, request signal active (check tcm for errors) p1624
18262 load signal error message from ecu p1857
17118 gear 4 incorrect ratio po739
17114 gear ratio monitoring incorrect gear ratio p0730

Any help would be great!

Don't let the original shop push the blame off onto some other issue, if the car is behaving the same as before it went into their care they either misdiagnosed it or made a faulty repair. Which state you live in will depend on what the law says about it, but it may be that they are liable if it is within a certain time/mileage.

Unfortunately I'm not well versed enough to give any insight on your codes, hopefully someone else will chime in that is.
