I can not read the information center on my 2000 A6 instrument cluster. I found a place in MA that will rebuild the cluster for $350 and a 2 yr warranty, I found a used cluster for $245 with a 6mo warranty. Has anyone used BBA-Reman for this type of service and how was it?

Any pointers on taking the cluster out of the dash would be helpful too.

 

I would have the one you already have re-built, if you get a new one you have to pay someone to code it to the car, along with the keys which will run you around $100 in labor.
