Doing a compression test all the cylinders were good except 2nd one back while cranking has 158psi then drops to 0 then back to 158 etc. Think a bent valve is the problem? I'm getting 2 knock codes and camshaft position sensor advanced...

 

Have you checked the physical timing? The camshaft position sensor is usually the indication of it being off.

 

I haven't actually checked cause I can't see any timing marks on the cam or crank shaft but the belt is tight and looks to be in decent shape... also why would only #2 cyl be the only bad one?
