2001 c5 a6 2.7t codes
 

I have a 2001 a6 2.7t, almost full stage 3, besides the injectors, maf, and tune. But I don't that doesn't have anything to do with these codes since I just had them pop up and I've been running this car like this for about 4 months.

It drives fine, but feels like it has a small vacuum leak and I hear a hissing from the engine around the passenger side intake manifold. I have the 5 codes as follows:

p1113

P1411

P1476

P0300

P1127

Along with pending code p0140


I've deleted them many times but they keep coming back, I've replaced the coils, Injectors, tested the o2 sensors and they're clear. I have no idea what is making all of these codes pop up. After I get above 3k rpm it runs perfectly, but below that it feels like a small vacuum leak, yet I have about 22psi vacuum at idle.
