2003 a4 1.8t no power

So i have a 1.8t with 130k. It has no power at all. Randomly it will feel ok then ill shift and have no boost . No check engine lights. i know the seals are leaking some oil. If anyone has any advice on where to start looking i would appreciate it.

Ok so i had a coolant temp code pop up. p3081 coolant temp to low. I cleared and it seems to be running better. It was probably running rich as hell causing the poor performance. Ill start with replacing the etc first. She's due for a tbelt service soon.

First make sure the ECT and actual coolant temp are the same. A low temp code could be the coolant actually is too low OR the sensor is supplying an incorrect signal.

The power/ no power thing could possibly be the wastegate valve in the turbo. I've seen them get loose so sometimes they seal, other times they get crooked and can't close and seal properly. Note I said POSSIBLY.
