I have a 2004 audi a4 quattro, I am installing a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD and I have everything hooked in and it technically works if I hook the accessory wire from the wiring harness into the red power wire but that is not a good idea because then the radio will be on 24/7! I cannot figure out what wire i need to hook it into. Has anyone hooked the same wire up to their 04' a4? If anyone has a wiring diagram for an 04' a4 that would be great!

BTW: I don't have a stock Bose.

 

i have the exact problem man and same stereo! im so stuck i dont get it. i bought the pioneer avh-4300dvd as well hooked it all up no problems for like 3 days then now all of a sudden my stereo wont turn off when i take my key out of the ignition? wtf? im also in need of help. oh i have 05 audi a4Q b6 style and i dont have bose but i do have an stock amplifier.
