2006 Headlight issues??
 

Hi

I have a 2006 56 new shape Audi A3 but the headlights on dipped beam are rubbish. Does anyone else have this problem and are my lights correct by doing this:

With the ignition off.. on the first position the halo rings are turned on and on the second position it turns the outer lights on. and with the engine running the headlights are the same... 1st position halos and second position outer lights remain the same with the ignition off.

Is this right or should they become brighter with the engine running? If you turn the main beam on they are fine but the dipped lights are rubbish.

Can anybody help!!

I have only just purchased the car so i have no idea whether the lights are just rubbish or not. We used to have a TT and the headlights on that were far brighter.
