2007 Q7 3.6v6 shift issues
 

little bit of backstory. My wife bought her 07 last summer with 98k miles on it. currently 103k. had the oil changed on Tuesday at Walmart after I bought an Audi filter from the dealership. no issues. Wednesday, took it for an rainy 80mile trip up the mountains, near the summit, the temperature alarm went off, and the peg was just barely above normal, so I bought a gallon of antifreeze and poured 3/4 of it. no issues after that. Now today, the automatic transmission won't upshift on its on, have to use the manual shift to change gears. Also when she makes a right turn, there is a clear fluid that pour out from under the dash onto her right foot and soaks the padding of the transmission tunnel and floor. and the service light is on.
Took it to O'Riellys and there was no codes being thrown.
Anyone have any ideas on what I should be looking for next? Budget is really tight right now due to medical issues, this couldn't have happened at a worse time.
