Default 2010 1.8 TFSI Transmission and Differential Fluid Chage

Hello all,

I bought a 2010 1.8TFSI Audi with manual transmission.

To have a smoother drive I decided to change the diff and trans oil which I do at every car without any issues.

The sticker under the bonnet says that TAF X oil for the manual transmission.

I have 3 questions:

1- I had a research on google and found out that TAF X stands for Castrol 75W90 GL4 oil is that true?

2- I could not find any info in regards to the Differential Oil type of this car? Should I use 75W90 GL5 or 80W90 GL5 or something different for the differential?

3- How much oil do I need?

Look forward to hearing from you all.

Cheers

David

Problem solved. FYI Went with fully syn Castrol V 75W80 (4.2lt) and so far so good.
