I have a 2010 Audi A6 and recently the drivers doors locked stopped working with key fob I have to lock and unlock it manually. All doors lock and unlock with key fob accept the drivers door. Any suggestions s on what this may be?

 

Sounds like the linkage from the automatic lock servo to the door lock itself inside the door has either come off one end or is broken. You'll have to remove the door panel and asses the problem. If the linkage is dangling, there's your problem.

Think about it. The driver's door is the most used door. Opening and closing (SLAM) many more times than the others. Sometimes the linkage will just snap off from all those CLOSINGS.
