hey everybody, i just joined this forum tonight and hope to get some advise about my car's running problem.

today i changed the center differential vacuum servo on my car, and when i went to start the engine to test the servo it stumbled badly and backfired through the throttle body. so much so that the air flow meter slammed against it's seat. i'm pretty sure the job i did today has nothing to do with the problem i'm having. also i've noticed that the tube coming off of the idle air pump was collapsing when i get on the gas. any ideas are greatly appreciated.
