I am trying to diagnose the reason why my transmission shifts early. The engine never goes above 1200 rpm regardless of how much throttle you give it unless you engage the electronic kick down then it revs to red line before changing gears. It's hard to drive around in town because it is in overdrive before you get to 20 mph. I have done a fluid change and tried doing a reset on the trans via removing the fuse and then replacing. Still no luck. What else should I look for to get this problem resolved? Is there a programming issue?
other than the early shifting, everything else seems to be working great. It's not slipping, it's not shifting harshly.
