Unhappy 97 Audi A4 1.8t not able to start

My Car: 1997 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro Automatic 109k miles

Problem: Car turns but is not starting. Sounds like a condition where there is no fuel. The car is my daily driver. It sat for the weekend while I drove a different car and when I hopped in on monday morning to go to work, the problem started. No previous hints of problems prior. Sounds really normal trying to start.

Heres what i've done so far...

- No codes with a standard OBDII reader.
- Plenty of fuel and oil is where it should be.
- Checked the battery and it's fine.
- I pulled the fuel line right before the fuel rail. Found good pressure and flows well.
- Bench tested the ignition control module and it's pushing power to all of the 4 pins.
- Checked for spark and it's very healthy.
- Didn't replace the Camshaft Position Sensor but found that it is getting power to it.

Really scratching my head on this one. I don't know what to do next. It has fuel and the spark plugs are firing but the car does not even sputter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
