Had my battery replaced and my radio is in SAFE mode. I've done everything my car manual says and it wont decode. I've took it to a car audio shop and they cant do it. Is there another we to decode it or do i have to take it to a dealer.

Yes i have got it when i bought it.

 

is it an aftermarket radio or standard?? you probably have the wrong code and the dealer should be able to confirm this, take documentation to prove you are the legal owner of the car otherwise they wont even try to help

 

Its an audi concert radio. bose system. all original in the car, sounds like the code is wrong. but even when i try to do the method of inputting the code the screen wont change from SAFE at all.
