Hi

I have a A4 3.0 tdi 2006 last week it started to smoke under acceleration and it went into limp mode couple of times. The car is well maintained it’s had a new turbo new inlet manifolds also new glow plugs. I have no engine management light on so you would think the car is ok unfortunately there is an issue.

The garage has checked the injectors and fuel pump all working ok, I have not changed the EGR valve but was advised it’s not a common issue on the 3.0tdi engine. I scanned the car today and no faults were found so I’m lost and have no idea what to do.

I had my car checked last week turns out the Turbo has failed after 7600 miles. I had the turbo replaced and now the car has no power before 2000 rpm after 2000 rpm its ok.

Any Ideas ?
