A4 Door Alignment issue.
 

My A4 Passenger side front door is stiff and won't swing to close without some extra force. Seems to bind up somewhere close to 1-2 inches from closing. Any suggestions. I greased everything, and it didn't help. Car was that way when I bought it used.

Could use a heat gun to heat up the hinge while lubing it and opening and closing to free it up or just replace the hinge (will need to be sprayed)
