Hello every one

i have a audi A6 110cv of 1998
and i have recently problem in starting the car i have replace the heating plugs but nothing looking unto the relay J52 not burned so i don t know where to look for because after that it goes to the electronic box
i wanted to ask at with temp the heat plug start to heat it is 5degree celsius ?
