ABS/ESP Light 01435 VAG COM error
Hi,
I have a 2005 Audi A6 Avant (C5 variant) that has a fault somewhere that is causing the ABS & ESP light to come on randomly. I can be driving for 1 minute and it will come on, or an hour and it will come on. If I turn the ignition off and back on again the lights are out. I have plugged in my (cheap) VAGCOM device and the code that comes up is 01435. I can clear the code but it just comes back once the ESP/ABS light comes back on.
Just before I had this problem the brake light switch failed and was replaced...could this be the source of the problem?
