Possible ABS solutions
On the right rear hub of your car there is an ABS sensor. Historically when this sensor goes bad the ABS light should come on. However that would also suggest that your ABS light IS working.
So my suggestion would be:1.) Check the connections to the ABS sensor on the right rear hub. 2.) While it is highly unlikely that that the bulb in your dash for the ABS indicator would be burnt out, you may want to check it as well (probably not an easy thing to do tho). 3.) Check all the fuses and relays for your ABS system. You may want to consult your owner's manual for the location of the aforementioned items.
Hope this helps a little.
Cheers!

Oh one more thing. How do you know your ABS isn't working? An accident wouldn't necessarily indicate a failure in your ABS system. There could be many variables at play here, possibly things as simple as road surface and environmental contributions.
