Hi, Im trying to find an 18" space saver spare wheel to fit my Lexus. From my searching around ive concluded no one makes an 18" space saver in my bolt pattern 5 X 114.3 but ive come across a couple of 18" Audi wheels.

Audi S3 and Audi Q7

So my thoughts are my best bet would would be to use a hub adaptor although not ideal probs will be ok as hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do will strictly be a "get me home" use.

Does anyone know what the bolt pattern is on these two cars , Audi S3 and Audi Q7.
