Hey all, I have been super curious about the W12 engine made for the A8, but can't find much about the detailed specs about the motor itself as well as the details about some of the other more important aspects of the car, say as in details on the drivetrain and so forth. Anyone know a place to get those kind of fun details? Also, just out of curiousity I was looking around if they sell those motors aftermarket... it didn't look like it, but i've never even done a search like that, so probably wouldn't look in the right place. the W12 from audi is not sold, you can go and use somone else engine like like like...... there is one car name starts with Be
but why would you like that engine, I know its powerfull but its cheaper just to heavy mode your car.

 

and by the way, the *** of phaeton is not so impresive.

I've been playing the what if I had unlimited money game in my head and was thinking about the W12 listed on the A8 from Audi USA webpage to be modified. In other words, start with a lot more bae horsepower and mod up from there... are good or bad thoughts on that? I'm trying to teach myself all the necessities of mod knowledge, but am learning slowly and might be talking the wrong end of things. thanx, pf

 

nee, the crankshaft on this models are not as I can say made of one peace. its better to just get V10 and go from there. LeMans
