'06 Audi Avant Quattro, 6spd, ~20,400.
20% of the time when I latch the tailgate, it doesn't latch. Anyone else experience this problem? Suggestions for repair? I realize this is a warranty issue...man, it's been decades since I had wheels with a freakin' WARRANTY
...but I'm interested.

There is a Technical Service Bulletin that the technician who works on your car should know about. That problem also occurs in the Q7's as well, it's happened so much that it's come to Audi's attention and they should have an easy solution for you.
