Default B8 A4 starting problem I've never seen before

Hey everyone, been lurking here for awhile, finally had a reason to post....unfortunately. I'm having a no start problem I've never seen before. My two mechanic friends in town are also stumped by it. Basically what is going on is I will put my key in the ignition, push it to start, and the car will click noisily for a few seconds as if it's trying to start, then will act like it is on. I will be able to put the car in gear and roll down windows and even work volume from the steering wheel. The battery is good and the starter as well. It will also not let me to take my key back out, and when i click it back in it makes a terrible clicking noise again. My last audi died from the electrical gremlins, and I'm worried my 75k may be on the way. Anyone ever seen this before or have any recommendations? I included a video of what it all looks like as well.
Thank you very much, and hopefully I can be of some help to someone myself sometime soon!

Pull the OBD codes from the ECU. Also the first thing to start checking when you have electrical gremlins like that is the wiring harness grounds.
