Default Blown Blower motor fuse

I keep blowing blower motor fuses. I have dropped the dash and traced the wire and there are no worn wires. I was told it was the blower motor resistor. I called the dealership and they told me that my car doesn't have one. I tried changing the blower motor. It still blows fuses. The weird thing is it will not blow the fuse until I start the car. If I leave it in accessory, it doesn't pop the fuse. Any help would be appreciated. I am at my witts end.

I have more info if this helps. If I put it on econo the fuse doesn't blow. If I switch it of econo the fuse blows.

Any faults in the ac control head? You have a short to ground somewhere. Youll need a wiring diagram of that circuit. Then you can start disconnecting things on the circuit untill you are able to start the car without blowing the fuse. That should help you trace the wire that is shorted.

What is a ac control head? Is it the piece with the selector buttons for the ac?

I finally fixed it. It was my A/c compressor that was seized. I changed the compressor, the accumulator, and te orifice tube. My mechanic told me that the A/C had died because I had charged it with freon that had leak sealer in it. I wont do that again. I appreciate all the help I recieved. Thanks again.
