I wanna take this front end:




and make it look like this front end:





I have little idea how to graft additional material to the original front bumper w/o it cracking like crazy a month later.
Figure it'll be fiberglass, dunno if I can mold some ABS plastic to a rough shape or not. I do have plastic welding skillz, can fab/weld brackets, etc...


Any bodywork guys have any suggestions for something durable??
