bulb failure warning

help needed with brake bulb failure warning light on .ive changed both bulb from audi. 1999 a4 saloon.

On my 1999 a4 1.8t. there is 4 light bulbs on each housing. so 8 bulbs in all. 4 are fog and 4 are brake. so try changing the fog lights too!!!

My brake lights are not working tried replacing the bulbs, still not working.
