When I turn on my Air Conditioner I can hear the compressor start up but the blower never does. I've replaced the blower motor and the new blower wont start up either. I tested the power plug to make sure there was electricity comming to the plug and there was. I'm not sure what else it could be or what else to test.

Also, when this problem first started, the blower would just take about 5 minutes to start up then it would work. But now it never start's up.
