C5 A6 intermittent no crank no start

Let me start by saying I just had the timing belt service done about 2 weeks ago, yesterday my A6 acted up, it wont start, I was able to get it running and checked my battery voltage as well as charging voltage and both checks indicate a sound battery/alternator, however it wont start and i have a battery light staying on, ive never heard of an alternator starting to go hence giving any kind of warning, but i wondering if that is the issue, my gut says no but w/e. One thing im noticing is the key is really loose in the cylinder, my key fob doesnt not work but the transmitter is putting out an rf signal, not sure if the problem lies there or ignition switch or something like that, the car is throwing p1137 as well as mass air flow/fuel trim codes, my other inclination is that the shop that did the timing belt service left a ground loose on the starter, or somewhere in the starting/charging system, has anyone incountered this, any pointers, additionally were can I get the best price on a vag-com/bentleys repair manual on cd
