Caliper Piston Boot Cracked

Caliper Piston Boot Cracked
Hello all,
This is kind of a double post - following up on an earlier 'brakes creaking' post, but figured I would actually start a post instead of continuing to hijack the old one.
It turns out that my front right caliper piston boot is cracked. There's no leaking, and the caliper still seems to work fine (except for the creaking). It's probably been cracked for awhile.
What should I do now? Spray some silicone in there? Am I going to have to replace the caliper? Can this rubber boot be replaced? Is the caliper likely trashed?
Any help would be appreciated.
Brian
