Cam bearing cap bolt question.

Cam bearing cap bolt question.
I'm in the middle of having to replace the chain tensioners on the 2003 (built 2002) A8L we have. Engine code is AUX. Almost every one of the head of the torx button head bolts that hold the cam bearing caps and tensioners stripped on me forcing me to resort to using vice grips to get the all off. I'm planning on replacing these bolts with regular hex head m6x1.0x40mm bolts with a washer. These bolts are rated at 8.8. I'm getting conflicting information from the Elsawin Repair manual. The overall parts diagram say the cam bearing bolts should be torqued at 10nm and the tensioner bolts at 15nm. But down in the actual assembly section they are saying to replace the bolts (as if to imply they are torque to yield) and the torque setting is 5mn + 90 degrees.
First question is can I use the 8.8 regular bolts at the 10 and 15nm torque settings or not? If not where the hell do I get the correct TTY bolts? I can't find and part number anywhere.

Nevermind.. I finally unearthed the part number for these goofy things. Off to the local VW Dealer (yeah, I know, Stealer) and pick up as many as I can. I think they're only about a buck a piece. I can live with that.
