Default Car Pulling issue!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 02 A6 3.0 My car will randomly pull to the right every once in a while. Not constant but kinda like a quick Tug like the one side is getting caught up then it lets go. The ESP light will turn on and flicker from it and ever since its been doing this the ESP light constanly flickers every once in a while while driving normal. Two days ago I was driving on a straight away about 25 MPH and stepped on the gas to speed up, The car started to pull randomly to the right and almost pulled me of the road, The ESP Light was flickering so I shut of the ESP. No other issues that night Then I was driving on the highway yesterday and before I left I turned of the ESP thinking that what the issue was. I was on the highway near my exit and it tugged right again but very slight because I was going over 50 MPH. So now I don't know what it could be.
About six months ago I had to get the CV boot replaced on that side and that has been the only Mech. thing done to the car in the past year!
Any help will be apperciated!!!

I had no such luck i am going to drop it off at the dealership later today and have them look at. I'm thinking there is a Mechanical problem and the ESP is trying to correct the wheel speed but can't beacuse there is a problem!

Aftering taking it to the dealership they said I have a couple of things wrong with my car,
-short in the wire harness, for the ESP They will have to find the short in the interior of the car by taking out seats and taking out carpet. That should fix it they think! I'm getting that done, hopefully it works.

- The other problem I have a code in the system for the torque converter, They don't know what that means yet but I have had no issues with my transmission, so I personal think it is a fluke thing

Any input on this stuff?

The problem with the esp is tough to take an educated guess at without knowing the code.

As for the torque converter, there is a tech bullitin specifying the replacement of the torque converter for that particular fault.
