changing to different size rims

so my dad has an extra set of hre performance rims that are 19s but i know they dont fit because the bolts dont fit on my axle because theyre alot bigger cause they were originally on his porsche but the fronts are 235/35 zr 19 and rears are 315/25 zr 19 and i was wondering if i would just have to replace what the nuts go into or would i have to do other stuff for them to fit and an estimated price if youknow

They're not gonna fit. The offset/bolt pattern/bolt spacing either for sure are different, or are likely to be different. You'll have to buy wheels meant for the Audi. If they're a multipiece wheel, you could probably order new center sections for them, and then bolt them to the rims, so you could use them. But if you did, despite spending huge money, you'd then have to worry about fitting 11-12" wide wheels under the rear of the car, and the Audi simply isn't going to have that kind of room without at least rolling fenderlips, and probably flaring them as well.

Sell those wheels, and use the money to buy a set for your car.
