Check engine on and blinks, car shakes help
 

I have a 04 s4 4 door, my check engine started blinking every couple seconds, then stays on and blinks once in a while, at idle the car has slight vibrations, when i accelerate it shakes like heck and in between gears feels like its gonna die , but hasnt yet. At idle rpm seems to be vibrating a little , anyones imput appreciated, going to check codes a lil later, thanks guys

I had a broken mount i never fixed, could this have played a role? Car has 70k

It just has a cylinder 1 misfire code

Ignition coils are bad

No so fast batman... I had a shop tell me the same thing - they replaced #1 ignition coil and still vibrates - they recommended replacing all coils and still vibrates - I have posted my thread on 6/16 "rough running..." also che:(cked volts to coil and checked ok. Car still sitting on my driveway...

Fix your broken mount you goof. By now you have a problem with something else.

The other mount? Drive train axel, cv joint?

Each time you check engine light comes on, ALWAYS code reader to find out why. Return to inform you that your computer has detected a "mistake" and it means everything. more audi repair questions at auto md.
