I just had my 97 A4 1.8T tuned up.The check engine light was also on thats why i got the tune up. But after the tune up the check engine light stayed on, I need to a an inspection for the car but can not get one becuase the check engine ligt is on what can i do toturn the check engine light

 

you need VAG to read and clear the code or at a garage that has the diagnostics

 

A code reader would do.
