I know this code means "A/C Refrigerant High Pressure Switch, static open". MY problem is that the heater is blowing cold air. Why would it give this code? What do you do when you have this code?

 

It means you may have a cut in a wire. The next step would be to look for the cut wire. It may also be nothing thou. The doors and sensors may have to be recalibrated or worse yet, the door for the temperature control may be broken. One thing to check for first thou. Check your heater hoses going coming off the back of the engine. Make sure they are warm. Both of them should be pretty warm. That will at least verify that you have hot water going to your heater core. If those are ok you will have to disassemble the dash to get to those doors in the hvac system.
