Code 01273
I changed both the resistor and the blower motor. The new blower only works on low. I tried using the climate control to increase the blower but it stays in low and air just trickles out the vents. All the controls on the climate control seem to work. I looked up possible solutions:
01273 - Fresh Air Blower (V2)
Possible Causes
Fresh Air Blower (V2) defective
Control Module for Fresh Air Blower (J126) defective
Short of open circuit in wiring to Fresh Air Blower (V2)
Climatronic Control Module (J255) malfunctioning
Possible Solutions
Check Fresh Air Blower (V2)
Perform Output Test (Check Air Vents while Blower is active)
Check Meas. Blocks while Blower is active
Check Control Module for Fresh Air Blower (J126)
Perform Output Test (Check Air Vents while Blower is active)
Check wiring and connectors
Is it the resistor that changes the speed of the blower or something else?
Thanks for any insight.

Update hoping for any help:
To clarify, I noticed that is not the blower on low only working, but it is only working at a very low speed due to receiving input to circulate air from the solar sunroof. Nothing happens when I manually change the speed of the fan.
The blower suddenly started working for about fiver minutes today out of nowhere. I turned the car off and restarted it and it continued to work. I shut the car off and went into a store for about 15 minutes restarted it and the blower no longer was functional except from the solar sunroof.
Could it be the controls on the climate control? Every other function works just getting no response when I adjust the speed. I checked all the voltage on the wires connecting to the blower and from my limited knowledge the blower is getting power just deaf to my requests to work by electronic methods. I tried yelling and screaming and that did nothing either. Maybe I should bring it flowers.
Any ideas, hopefully someone can at least give me something else to try.
