Whats up fellow germ lovers, my condenser fan wont kick in, i checked the wiring, gave the fan power it turned on and all the fuses are good but still doesnt turn on, so now my car overheats a bit and the ac is only really cold when im driving at at steady speed, relays maybe? hit me up with any ideas, thanx fellas.

If you mean the AC fan then get the refrigerant gas checked in your system
Also get it checked for any leaks If no gas/ littlegas in the system then the fan / ac pump will not work

Can you verify that the a/c compressor is cycling? If it is I'd probably look in the direction of the fan control module being bad.
