First off- Every once in a while (anywhere from 2-4 weeks) my car has trouble starting, with no warning signs at all. For example the other day I stopped at the gas station ran in came out and... trouble. After I crank it for about a minute or two while pulsating the pedal it will finally sluggishly start then rev and come to normal idle. I have no explanation for this and I've searched high and low to no avail.

Second- If it is below 65 degrees and I am traveling anywhere over 20mph my temperature gauge will never go above C. If the temperature is below 40 you can forget it ever moving, even after a long warm up. However if its above 70 as long as I don't go over 20mph for an extended period it will warm right up, and any temps above 80 it has no trouble. I also have no explanation for this and have searched high and low. On a side note my oil temp goes to 175 180 every time hot or cold.

Any insight would be much appreciated!
