CV joint kit or whole CV joint?

CV joint kit or whole CV joint?
When I turn to the right I hear a clicking noise. I know its the CV Joint causing it. What I'm wondering is should I use a CV Joint repair kit (Boot, lube pack, clamps, cir clip/snap ring) or replace the whole joint itself?

Replace the whole joint,
By the time you hear the clicking the damage is already done.
Buying the repair kit will allow you to ride a while longer, but you're only kicking the problem down the street.
It WILL fail, eventually, prolly at the most inopportune time for a catastrophic failure.
The cost of a new axle is minimal, compared to what it will cost you when it finally lets go.
You might wanna check ALL your CV boots, while you're crawling around under there trying to figure out what to do.
An ounce of prevention...
