Dashboard goes blank!
 

I own a 2016 A6 3.0 with supercharger. It's a Prestige model. I now have 49,600 trouble-free miles on it. I love it. But it has one quirk that could be serious. Twice, while driving on the freeway, the dashboard has gone completely blank. All gauges and dials either go to zero or disappear. The engine continues to run normally. After a few minutes the power to the dashboard comes back and all gauges and dials return to normal function. It's a bit unnerving. My local Audi dealer can't find any faults or causes and they state this is an unreported problem.

QUESTION: anyone have this issue or any information on it? Thanks in advance for any help.

My 2003 TT had a dead cluster.. I removed the fuse panel and found the Wires behind the fuse box melted.. Replace wires and now it works..
