Default engine cleaners

I have a 2003 audi 4.2. There is a ticking noise comming from the engine specially after the car has been driven for 15 to 20 minutes. Showed the car to a few mechanics and still don't have a straight answer to what the problem is. Dealer is telling me it is normal. An independent shop told me its a oil pressure problem and advised me to use an engine cleaner. I used the MOTUL engine cleaner and oil change with the MOTUL 5/40 oil but the noise still there. It was better for a while. I have been told it should be done a couple of times before it really helps. The car has only 56 k miles on it. Any suggestions? Any other engine cleaner you guys recommend that would work better? I appriciate any advice you guys have for me.

The noise is probably coming from the valves. Slight noise is normal. I use slick 50 engine treatment it helps protect against friction and heat and is higly recommendet. The engine runs smother... So try it its not exspensive. were i live it cost around 22 eur. thats 50us- I think.
