Front Brakes
Okay.. I need front brakes (pads and rotors) for my 2002 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. One garage says $560 without the flush... Does anybody know if this guy is taking me or is that about average? Obviously it would be cheaper to do it myself but is the process complicated? Thanks for your help.

I think you should invest the time and money in getting teh proper tools, printing out the instructiuons (it's not hard at all, believe me), and spending the 30-60 miutes, or so, it'll take you to save yourself at least $250.00, prolly more, if you do it yourself.
Someone'll post the link that has teh instructions, soon, I'm sure. Or, you can do a search (I'm lazy, but, since you AREN'T, you can and should search for yourself) for it. If you can put together a small end-table from Ikea you are OVER qualified for replacing your rotors and pads.
All you need are:
Caliper tool, which you can find much cheaper on eBay
A decent set of sockets, metric, of course, sized from, say 13mm - 21mm (an educated guess, on sizing, since I drive teh BIG Audi, but I'm sure someone'll correct me, if I'm off) in 3/8th drive
A good set of combination wrenches, similiarly sized.
1 pair of Jackstands - 2-ton
The lug wrench that came with your car, or a good replacement. And, the jack, or a hydraulic lift-jack
A well-lit area to work on your car.
Beer (to keep you motivated)
One friend to hang around and distract you with pointless chatter.
At least one clueless friend, to offer stoopit advice, and also distract you.
More beer (to celibrate a job well-done, when you've finished)
Did I leave anything out guys?
Guys?
