i just got a 1999 A4 im looking at a getting a intercooler and exaust...what would get me the most power for not a outragous price for the exaust and intercooler?

you'll see more gains from the exhaust, the FMIC is pointless without an upgraded turbo. FMIC'S you can try greddy, SPP, APR, EVOMS, exhaust you can try neuspeed, APR, Borla, Milltek, GHL, b&b and there are many more.
