I've just got a 1.8T A4. I really can't see myself getting much speed out of this thing? I've seen all the mods n chips that all u guys have done 2 your cars. Does it make that much difference? I just sold my V6 Quattro, as it had a few probs & no aircon. But I miss it like hell! These turbo's aint all that are they?

 

The original turbos posess the power with a chip/exhaust/intake to range from 200-220HP and 240-260TQ (at the crank)

Now, upgrading your turbo with the appropriate programming can yeild 250,350,400+ HP All depends on what you want to spend.

New injectors,FPR,MAF,FMIC and other items are neccasarry with the bigger turbos!

Sounds like somebody needs a big turbo. I have both an 1.8t and 2.8 30v and let me just say, i fall asleep driving the 2.8

 

ouch i got a 2.8..... horsepower wise ya but man do some suspension work and it turns into a reliable go cart that can cruise to the pass too , oh ya and tomritt you get my post about the grills? I'll send ya a pm
