Head bolt torque specs for 2000 A4 Avant

Hello. I've got a 2000 A4 Avant. I've got occasional white smoke on the first start up of the day only. Turbo has been replaced. They also replaced the timing chain. I'm hoping that they didn't tighten down head bolts when they replaced the timing chain and that is causing light leakage of coolant. Have a torque wrench, going to check bolts to see if any needed tightened. But I want to make sure I have the right specs for my year. What I've got is...
Step 1: 60 Nm (44 ft lb)
Step 2: Additional 1/2 turn (180 degree or two 99 degree turns)

I've also got a diagram of the bolt sequence for a 2001. Would that be the same for a 2000? Appreciate the input.
